Looking to come back
Hey everyone,
I quite GW for about a year, focusing on playing WOW, WAR and various other games. Despite cheating on GW, she has still been my hands down favorite. I am looking to come back, but since I have been away from the community for so long I am not sure what has changed or what is going on. Would anyone care to fill me in? How are the populations issues and is the game still alive? Thanks all. |

Looks like your personal secretary took the day off. Why don't you just reinstall and log on to the game? All your questions will be answered immediately. Also, GW.com has all the updates that you are looking for.

Start off welcome back
We've still got the people who say the game is dying btw but just ignore them and have fun. To start off i would check the game update notes and in particular April's birthday features. |

Welcome back. The new feature of daily zaishen quests is quite good to get some long deserted places back to life. And the new equipment pack. Oh, you are 1 day too late for the free 4th anniversary storage pane if you haven't got that yet. Go to official website to check if you can still get that.

I'd like to add to this thread as well. I'm also looking to return to the game and after much more then a year off I see a lot of changes. I'm wondering how many changes have been made to Prophecies? I was half way through Factions and now I see a new city beneath Lion's Arch and who knows what else.
There is so much to this game I don't won't to overlook anything. Any suggestions on a starting point? Anything of absolute importance before just returning to factions to complete quests and so on. |
